Shipping Policy
Condition 1: Otago Fresh LTD offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within 10km of 9 Midland Street South Dunedin.
Condition 2: Otago Fresh LTD offer free shipping on all orders over $50 to Mosgiel only on Tuesdays.
Otago Fresh LTD reserve the right to charge shipping on any delivery, including those which meet the above-mentioned conditions.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Refunds only apply if you contact us before delivery, if you accidently ordered a product.
2. Refund or Replacement will be offered on damaged goods, if contact is made within 24 hours of receiving delivery of product as produce life is limited.
Otago Fresh LTD only offers refunds on, or replacement of items if one or two of the above-mentioned conditions are met.
Otago Fresh LTD reserve the right to not offer a refund and only replacement on any item.
Otago Fresh LTD reserve the right to not offer a refund on any product, at the descension of Otago Fresh LTD its owners and its employees or representatives.
